Delete your account

For the BusyBee app (Google Play) by BusyBee, busybee@hatchmoon.cv

In the app (quickest)

1. Open BusyBee and go to parent mode. If a kid is using it, tap the lock and enter the parent PIN.
2. Open the Family tab and tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm, then sign in once more with Google or your password.

Without the app

Email busybee@hatchmoon.cv from the email address you use for BusyBee, with the subject “Delete my BusyBee account”. We’ll confirm it’s you, delete everything within 30 days and let you know when it’s done.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in account, name and email address.
• If you’re the only parent in your hive: the whole hive, with every kid, task, note, point, treat and invite code.
• If your partner is still in the hive: you’re removed from it, and the hive stays for them.
• Task photos saved on your phone (when you delete in the app). Photos are never stored on our servers.
